This Forrest Yoga sequence is designed to inspire you to create more space for your breath and for yourself. It includes a slow yet strong warm up, followed by a delicious hip opening B-series with 2-pose vignettes and wall work, leading to the apex pose of Twisting Pigeon Towards the Foot.
