Initial consultation

The relationship between client and practitioner is key. This is a chance to discuss my approach, ask questions and decide if working with me is right for you.

Somatic Experiencing

(60min) - £50

I will invite you to slow down and together we will listen to the story your body wants to tell. The body and nervous system speak through the language of sensation, emotion, images, subtle movements and gestures. We will see what is arising in the session, and explore these elements together. We work with little bits of your story at a time so as not to overwhelm or re-traumatise.

One-to-one Yoga

(60min) - £45

This is an opportunity to go at your own pace, ask questions and deepen your understanding of how yoga can support you. Depending on your intentions/goals/needs a session may include: breathing exercises, core strengthening, sun salutations, poses, meditation and relaxation.

Group Yoga

(75min)
