The relationship between client and therapist is key. This is a chance to discuss my approach, ask questions and decide if working with me is right for you.

Individual Therapy
(50min) - £60
​A supportive space where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings– even those that may be difficult or uncomfortable - and become more aware of yourself in relationships.
At times I may invite you to slow down and tune into the sensations in your body. The body and nervous system speak through the language of sensation, emotion, images, subtle movements and gestures. Together we will tune in to what is arising in the session for you.
