I’m Katie Boyle, an advanced student in somatic experiencing trauma therapy and yoga teacher.
I’m a firm believer that our bodies hold the wisdom and strength required to heal from whatever experiences life has thrown us. When our nervous system is well-regulated and we feel strong and connected, we are able to experience and appreciate life in full.
With Yoga and Somatic Experiencing as the foundation, I work with women experiencing emotional, psychological and/or physical pain and discomfort. I support them to develop a conversation and relationship with their body that results in greater choice and empowerment in how they engage with and respond to the people and world around them.
I offer short-term (6–12 sessions) and long-term therapy for individuals - both face-to-face and online. The main issues I work with are: anxiety, depression, relationship and parenting challenges, PTSD and trauma experienced during and after pregnancy.
